Global Assessment of Project Feasibility for Information Communications Technology (ICT) Investment Projects

USTDA is a leading development agency that has invested over $74 billion in U.S. exports since its founding in 1992 and has supported 4,000 infrastructure activities in 139 countries. Valent works with USTDA to develop and evaluate feasibility studies and projects that develop technical infrastructure and business capabilities in emerging markets using Information Communications Technology (ICT). Key activities include conducting market research and extensive surveys / interviews with project teams, International Financial Institutions (IFIs), and the private sector to establish the credibility and viability of each project. Deliverables include cost/benefit analysis and development of supplier profiles and export potentials. To date Valent has evaluated and recommended over 30 ICT projects for implementation globally.
