Contract and Financial Risk Management for $500M in Spending 

Valent supported the largest spending and fastest moving Presidential campaign in the history of the United States to control and manage its spend by designing a contract management process and implementing a Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS). Valent conducted a rapid assessment of Headquarters and field operations and documented existing processes to create future state requirements. Valent executed rapid market research and a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to strategically source, negotiate, and implement a technology solution in less than 30 days. Valent assisted Mike Bloomberg with migrating existing contracts into the system the CLMS and provided ongoing operational support to staff.
