Digital Transformation and IT Modernization
At the beginning of an organizational-wide modernization process, Valent performed an Organization, Process, and Technology Assessment to document business processes and requirements, identify technology gaps, and determine a digital transformation and IT modernization path forward. This resulted in numerous initiatives including market evaluation and requirements generation for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Serving as the Project Management Office (PMO), Valent led the implementation of a preferred HCM system, managing all aspects of the implementation from system design and customization to data standardization and migration.
